I have to admit, that when I bought this printer, it was because of the free ink deal. I PRINT A LOT in my business. The ink is not really free, but you save a ton of money. It’s really a subscription plan based on the number of pages you print in a month, but this review is not about that – you can learn more if you decide to buy the unit or are at least interested.
ANYWAY – as it turned out, this is absolutely the best printer I have ever bought for my business other than my laser MFC.
This printer has it all though – scan, print, copy. It’s great. I rate this printer a 10 out of 10.
The printer is a workhorse, printing 20 pages per minute and includes fax and scan to USB capabilities. Organize your documents 50% faster and eliminate steps in repetitive tasks. Use Smart Tasks to sync with Quickbooks, Google Drive and much more – the easiest way you can digitize and organize your receipts and business documents.
One of my favorite features is the ability for you to print remotely using the HP Smart App. You can access your printer and scanner, monitor the levels of your ink tanks and when they start to get low, the printer will automatically order replacements so they get there in time before you run out of ink.
There’s just so much about this printer that makes it the absolute best buy I have made for my office to date, and it’s great for home too.
The photos that come out of this printer are phenomenal and when you use the proper photo paper, they are undetectable from the ones you get from the photo store.
